CORDELL BROADUS: Class of 2015 |

One...Two...Three and to the Four...Snoop Doggy Dogg's sons scholarship is at the door...Ready to make an entrance...so back on up...cuz you know he's about to rip it up!!!
Back to the lecture at hand though. Cordell Broadus is a 6-foot 2, 185 pound wide receiver / defensive back from Diamond Bar High School (Calif.) and this weekend UCLA officially offered the soon-to-be sophomore a scholarship.
Broadus transferred to Diamond Bar High School last fall from Long Beach Poly and his head football coach Ryan Maine expects big things from him this season. "Were're expecting Cordell to really lead us the next three years. Hopefully he continues to develop and can lead the team," Maine said.
Whether Cordell has the skills to excel at the next level or not is anyone's guess, but he clearly has the size to play big-time college football. If he does except the scholarship offer from UCLA, lets just hope people won't be outraged over a multi-millionaire's son getting a free education. I personally have no problem with it, but others might. If you ask Cordell Broadus how he feels, I'm sure he'll only have one thing to say..."It ain't nuttin but a G thang baby!!!"
