PROSPECT-CENTRAL: Final 2014 NBA Mock Draft!!!

PROSPECT-CENTRAL: 2014 NBA Mock Draft

Written by: Prospect-Central

October 25th, 2012. That's the day when the hype-machine for the 2014 NBA Draft officially began. I can't say I was surprised when Andrew Wiggins decided to reclassify in HS, but in doing so he joined an already top heavy c/o 2013, which gave way to the possibility of a very special 2014 NBA Draft.

Andrew Wiggins: #1
Nearly two-years later and the 2014 NBA Draft continues to look just as strong. In all honesty, the projected Lottery for this years draft (especially the Top 10) looks quite similar to Prospect-Central's Final c/o 2013 HS Rankings.

Andrew Wiggins, Jabari Parker, Joel Embiid, Aaron Gordon, Julius Randle, and Noah Vonleh are all projected Lottery picks, and all six of them were Top 10 in PC's final c/o 2013 rankings. Take it a step further; Marcus Smart was Top 5 in PC's c/o 2012 rankings, Dante Exum was featured by PC well before he burst onto the scene at the Nike Hoop Summit, and PC labeled Dario Saric the Top European teenage baller before he was even draft eligible.

Jabari Parker: #2
The point is it's never too early to start paying attention to talented high school hoopers from each class. It's these players after all that make up the majority of future NBA Draft's. While anyone can hop on the bandwagon once these players enter the mainstream, it's a whole nother story to actually create the bandwagon in the first place.

It's been a long time coming, but the day is finally here. Time to see how everything plays out; starting with PC's Final 2014 NBA Mock Draft. - 2014 NBA Mock Draft Database -
