Uh oh...here comes another one...Jeffrey Prophete!!! The 6-foot 2 seventh grader from Weston, Florida (born in Haiti) has been making some serious noise in the sunshine state and appears to be on the verge of becoming a nationally known name. Prophete's game definitely warrants the attention. His athleticism, instincts and scoring ability really sets him apart from the other players in his class. He's been blowing up on the AAU circuit playing for the Lauderhill Lions and even played high school ball this season for the Coral Spring Christian Crusaders. Since he was a seventh grader playing high school basketball for one of the better teams in the state of Florida, he didn't have the most overwhelming statistcs, but it's clear the talent is there. So for anyone asking themselves who the next "prophet" is in middle school basketball...it appears you might have found the answer...Jeffrey Prophete!!!
