NAIJIEL HALE: Standout DB from Class of 2014 & Nate Dogg's Son!!!

NAIJIEL HALE: Class of 2014

Reeeeggggulators....Mount Up!!!  It was a clear black night, a clear white moon, Naijiel Hale's on the field, trying to consume.  And that's exactly what Hale's done throughout his junior year of high school football.  Consume the opposition.

The son of the legendary rapper Nate Dogg, Naijiel was on the verge of quitting the sport all together after his father passed away in March of last year.  With the help of family, friends and coaches, Hale's persevered through a difficult time in his life to become a promising young corner back in the Class of 2014.

After transferring from Lakewood High (Lakewood, CA), Hale's been absolutely sensational playing for one of the best teams in Southern California, St. John Bosco (Bellflower, CA). Through the first ten games of the season, Naijiel has 45 tackles, 3 interceptions and 1 sack.  Pretty impressive considering St. John Bosco's a top 10 team in the country and Hale's only a junior.

Naijiel Hale's certainly no geek off the street.  At 5-foot-11, 170 pounds, he has decent size for a corner back, but really impresses with his instincts, athleticism, and tackling ability.  Hale's still a relatively unknown prospect, but that should change very soon.

With Puff Daddy's son Justin Combs receiving a scholarship to UCLA and Snoop Dogg's son Cordell Broadus receiving offers as well, it's only a matter of time when Naijiel follows suit.

Besides being a standout on the high school gridiron, it's rumored he can spit it on the mic as well.  So for the time being...Naijiel Hale..."Has more lines than a million pair of Adidas, more lines than an African heard of zebras, more lines than the Bible quoted from Jesus, and no high school baller's intercept TD passes like he does!!!"
